Sorry
I got mislead from a snapshot weather forecast on I windsurf regarding the temp.
I like the 40-50 degrees, the day off from work, and my new Kokatat warranty replacement suit.
Hope to ride tomorrow.

Big monday it was. Looked like high 30s to low 40s. My 5m was choked off. Surface had that sheared action going on.
Few of us were on it. It lulled at noon and then roared back. Saw 2 sharks.
Amazed to hook into some waist-high drops in front of the spray park…lake ridonkulous….

I was one shark and Scott Rowe was the other. I rigged my 4.2 sail and found that to be to big. I forget what Scott rigged but he came in just before I decided to rig my 3.8 sail. Scott got into his car to warm his body up, he only had a semi-drysuit so I trust he was semi-cold.
It’s around every three years or so I get to be on the water in the low 40’s wind so this fat boy likes the water conditions that wind speed brings. I did all I could to enjoy the overpowered conditions and I tried my best to stay dry for the couple hours of play.
Here are some memorable shots of me from 3.8 sail conditions on Lake Ontario.
See you next Gale

Funny how the sail sizes are close to kite sizes in these conditions.
I needed a 4m that day…
