Saying hello and looking for folks to ride with

I am new to the forum and wanted to this forum and thought I would introduce myself. I have been Kiting for 7 or so years and enjoy both riding my twintips and directional board. I have not tried any tomfoilery aside from being towed behind a boat on one.  I’m a middle aged ( prob old but still in denial about this ) so I’m generally not up for any extreme riding.

Before kiting I never really did any wind or water sports aside from standing on a windsurfer a few times. I also used to live in Rochester (1985-86). Now live outside of Boston and mostly ride around Boston and on the cape.

I will be in the area on Memorial Day weekend and would love to sneak in a session or two, wind and other commitments allowing. What is the best way to find out where and when folks are riding. I don’t like riding alone and certainly don’t want to do it in an unfamiliar place.

Also would be happy to reciprocate with 411 on places and sessions in and around Boston and the Cape.
