Seneca Surf Bash May 28

It’s only one month until the inaugural Seneca Surf Bash on beautiful Seneca Lake. The event that has been talked about for a few years, but finally brought to reality by FLX Brad Muise and Pharma Bob is going to happen at the state park.

Those guys have loaded the event up with local sponsorship and raffle items, and the event will also feature the first awarding of the DUKE AWARD.

The event poster is posted on the RWS Home Page and really deserves to be plastered on telephone poles and bus shelters from here to Buffalo and Syracuse…..and actually that is the point. The Surf Bash in Geneva is situated perfectly to be a meeting place of the wind faithful from Syracuse, Rochester, Sodus, and the southern finger lakes. Admittedly the RWS HIHO is not convenient or at a desirable enough time of year to attract folks from far and wide (thanks to those that have traveled far in the past and present to be there though) so this is the prefect opportunity.

Here’s hoping you can make the effort and time to be at the event. As always, you gotta go to know…..and it will be a good time if you are there.

Spread the word.

Genesee Brewing Company has decided to sponsor the first Seneca Surf Bash with three cases of their newest brews!!  One case each of their new IPA, Pilsner, and Scotch Ale.  I just took delivery and will have this stuff chilling and ready to refresh at the Seneca Surf Bash.  If you want some of this beer, you need to rsvp to flxkiters@gmail.com and let Brad know you will be there.  Great list of swag sponsors as I see it.  Vere sandals are top notch, Lake Drum is rumored to brew some pretty good cider, and finger lakes wineries deliver the goods.
