Wondering whos in Control of the great lakes water levels?

It not the wildlife…the birds or the marshes…or the IJC or the politicians…..its the Moses-Saunders hydropower dam on the St. Lawrence…follow the money…..

I’m not surprised that big money is playing a role in this. That being said too much water released affects both upstream and downstream cities on the St. Lawrence negatively. Lower too much and water intake for upstream cities is affected and the released water floods the Montreal region.

It’s like predicting the weather but worst when it comes to estimating how much water is coming from the watersheds of the Great Lakes.
