This winter has been good for getting ice sessions, but you’ve had to be in the know to Kitewing, Freeskate, or Kite where the ice was known to be safe. Scott scouted out a launch near Sutter’s Marina on I Bay, and it has been good for 5 sessions of wide open good ice.
